If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Keep your account credentials confidential and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for activities occurring under your account.

• Provide accurate, complete information.
• Do not share login credentials.
• Implement reasonable device security.

You agree not to misuse the Services, including (without limitation):

• Reverse-engineering or bypassing technical measures.
• Infringing intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Uploading malware or interfering with service integrity.

We retain all rights, title, and interest in our Services, designs, code, and content. Customer materials remain the property of the customer. Each party grants the other a limited license solely to perform obligations under these Terms.

Fees are due according to the applicable order or statement of work. Late balances may incur interest or suspension of Services.

Either party may terminate for material breach after giving written notice and a reasonable cure period. Upon termination, your license to use the Services ends.

Services are provided “as is” without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
