Engagement

Scope of Work
- Services will be provided based on the agreed proposal, quotation, or contract.
- Any additional requests or scope changes outside the original agreement may require a revised timeline and fee adjustment.
- Deliverables will be shared in agreed formats (e.g., website files, designs, documents).
Responsibilities
- Client Responsibilities: Provide necessary materials (logos, content, references, photos, etc.) within the agreed timeframe to avoid delays.
- Our Responsibilities: Deliver the agreed services with professionalism, creativity, and adherence to timelines, unless delays are caused by external factors beyond our control.
Revisions
Each project includes 2–3 rounds of reasonable revisions (depending on package). Additional revisions beyond this may incur extra fees, which will be communicated in advance.
Intellectual Property
- Final, approved deliverables belong to the client after full payment is received.
- Drafts, working files, or unused design concepts remain the property of the Service Provider unless otherwise agreed.
- We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio or marketing materials unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
- Source Code & Development Assets: The Service Provider reserves the right to retain ownership of source code, frameworks, libraries, or internal tools used in the project. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Client will receive compiled or deployable deliverables, while the underlying source code remains the property of the Service Provider.

Both parties agree to keep all shared information, project details, and communications confidential unless otherwise agreed.
Termination
- Either party may terminate the project with written notice.
- Payments for completed work up to the termination date remain due.
- Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.
